New Self Care Toolkit for SEWB Sector

The Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council of NSW has released a self-care toolkit to support and promote self-care practices those working in the social and emotional wellbeing sector.

The free resource contains a series of tips and tricks for staying mentally and physically healthy including managing stress, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition and mental health and physical activity.
