Establishing a sustainable model of shared care for people experiencing opioid dependence.
The Shared Care for Opioid Treatment (SCOT) toolkit contains a range of templates and resources to assist Alcohol and Drug Services to establish models of shared care for opioid treatment with GPs and other approved prescribers in Queensland.
The project was established by Metro North Mental Health - Alcohol and Drug Service in 2020.
