    ONLINE: Zoom Video Conferencing

This Relapse Prevention and Management training involves a blended learning program consisting of three sessions - one self-directed e-Learning module and two interactive Zoom workshops. We recommend participants complete the e-Learning module in the week prior to the first workshop. This should take approximately one hour. The Zoom workshops build on the topics covered in the introductory e-Learning module and offer opportunities for further application and practice. Each workshop runs for 2.5 hours. The best learning outcomes will be achieved through completing these sessions in order.

The workshops will equip workers with frameworks and strategies to assist their clients in the development of personalised plans related to substance use and recovery, including the prevention and management of relapse.

Topics covered in the workshop include:

  •  Defining Relapse Prevention and Management
  •  Evidence informed approaches and models in treatment
  •  Frameworks for creating Relapse Prevention and Management Plans
  • Practical tools and strategies

Pre-requisite: Relapse Prevention and Management e-Learning

Other recommended learning: Foundational AOD Concepts.
