e AOD sector. It will describe the importance of this workforce group as w
ell as key challenges they face from an individual and organisational pers
pective. It will also provide an overview of recent research regarding the
demographic and professional profile of AOD workers with lived and living
experience\, as well as priorities for how the sector can best support th
ese workers into the future. \n\nVictoria Kostadinov is a Senior Research
Officer at NCETA. She holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology\
, and her research interests include the social determinants of alcohol an
d drug use\, and particularly the role of the workplace. \n\nJack is a re
covering drug user and addiction treatment professional. In 2014 he founde
d Real Drug Talk\, an organisation which seeks to change the perceptions a
round addiction so that stigma can be reduced and eliminated\, allowing in
dividuals affected by addiction to gain hope and help without fear of judg
