This 2-page A4 job-aid can be used to structure a brief intervention with someone who may be at risk of thiamine (Vitamin B) deficiency from drinking alcohol.

It provides basic information and harm reduction advice, alongside a section where the person can develop their own ‘thiamine plan’.

It is designed to be taken away by the person afterwards to refer back to.

For guidance on how to use this tool, check out our 'Guide to delivering a brief intervention for thiamine (Vitamin B1) - Worker Guide'.
