Note: It is recommended you complete the "Introduction to Brief Interventions for a Healthy Lifestyle" eLearning to give you a foundation of the skills applied in this module. |

This eLearning will help you to discuss weight, nutrition and physical activity with women and apply the 'Ask, Advise and Help' skills to support them to improve their health. |
