MODULE AIM:The aim of this module is to equip workers with an understanding of pain and working with people who experience pain with co-occurring substance use.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:

By the end of this module, learners will be able to understand basics of

  • what is pain
  • the difference between acute and persistent pain
  • pain and co-occurring substance use
  • where further support can be found for persistent pain.
LENGTH:30 minutes
