MODULE AIM:The aim of this module is to orient workers to key principles and processes involved in debriefing, reflective practice and supervision.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:By the end of this module, learners will be able to:
    •    describe key definitions, principles, processes of supervision
    •    identify key considerations, processes and limitations when engaging with or providing supervision
    •    describe how to establish a supervision agreement
    •    compare different models such as cultural supervision and peer practice supervision
    •    know where to go for additional training and resources.
