MODULE AIM:The aim of this module is to equip workers with a greater awareness of the signs of burnout along with practical skills, tips and strategies to promote enhanced worker wellbeing.  
LEARNING OUTCOMES:

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Describe the difference between burnout and wellbeing.
  • Describe the influences and roles of the sector, organisations and individuals on workplace wellbeing.
  • Implement practical skills for building professional and individual wellbeing.
  • Know where to access further support to reduce symptoms of burnout as a worker.
