MODULE AIM:This module aims to educate the learner on how to conduct a basic sexual health intervention and facilitate an effective referral.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Identify appropriate scenarios in which to raise the topic of sexual health with a client.
  • Initiate a conversation with a client about sexual health. 
  • Undertake a basic sexual health intervention that is congruent with the principles discussed in Modules 1 and 2. 
  • Facilitate a referral for a client to a service that can offer additional sexual health support.
LENGTH:30 minutes
CPD:Participation in this activity may contribute to CPD. A Statement of Completion will be issued on completion of this module.
