MODULE AIMThe aim of this module is explore the impact of stigma and discrimination as it applies to people who use substances, including ways it can be challenged in the workplace.
LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • describe the concepts of stigma and discrimination 
  • describe both the drivers and impacts of stigma and discrimination on people who use substances
  • utilise best practice, non-stigmatising language, and concepts, when speaking with or about people who use substances.

CPDParticipation in this activity may contribute to CPD. A Statement of Completion will be issued on completion of this module.
