Dr Rachel Sutherland

Drug Trends is a unique, long-standing national monitoring program that includes annual interviews with people across Australia who regularly use drugs. We present highlights of the Queensland and national findings from 2025’s interviews about patterns of substance use and related behaviours, drug markets and harm reduction efforts. 

Dr Rachel Sutherland is a Research Fellow at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre, University of New South Wales and currently holds a National Health and Medical Research Council Investigator Fellowship.
