MODULE AIM | Completion of this module will enable practitioners to manage the challenges of having honest conversations with both their patients as well as with prescribers. This module provides participants with a theoretical understanding of how to engage in challenging conversations and avert communication breakdown through implementing micro-counselling skills. It will also provide examples of applying these skills to having conversations with medical practitioners. |
