| MODULE INFORMATION: | The Comprehensive Care: Partnerships in Care and Communication Project has been implemented to support Queensland Health Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug staff in the provision of high quality, comprehensive integrated care throughout the care journey. This project is aligned with the introduction of CIMHA 5.0 and the Comprehensive Care Documentation suite. This module provides an overview of the Comprehensive Care Project and the range of tools and resources that are available to staff to support the provision of comprehensive care. |
