This webinar will outline Life Without Barrier's Assertive Outreach pilot program ‘Next Steps’, a program designed to engage ‘treatment resistant’ drug and alcohol using populations. Lessons and outcomes from the program will be discussed, including why clients found mainstream services difficult as well as practice tips and recommendations that may assist with engagement.
