MODULE AIMThe aim of this module is to orient workers to key principles and processes involved in debriefing, reflective practice and supervision. 
LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • describe key definitions, principles, processes of supervision
  • identify key considerations, processes and limitations when engaging with or providing supervision
  • describe how to establish a supervision agreement
  • compare different models such as cultural supervision and peer practice supervision
  • know where to go for additional training and resources.
