LGBT communities and substance use in Queensland, Australia: Perceptions of young people and community stakeholders

by Insight

Members of LGBT communities are more likely to use illicit substances than the general population for reasons not just limited to discrimination while substance use and other health services do not cater to the needs of this population. This seminar will provide an overview of substance use in these communities as well as the perception and views of young community members and stakeholders from Queensland on this issue.
