This QNADA training module provides an introduction to inclusive practice when working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ+) clients. It provides an overview of the history, terminology, and important considerations for AOD specialist workers. It is suitable for all levels of staff in an organisation and can complement existing induction for new staff into the AOD sector.
