LADDERS is the first successful opportunity for Metro South Alcohol and Drug Service to incorporate AOD Peer Workers into the composition of a team. This presentation takes you through a journey of the initial, previous and current staff and how we evolved and overcame the barriers to create a truly integrated MDT. It will highlight the trials and tribulations, lessons learnt, insights and the benefits of Peers within a MDT.
