In his 28th seminar (!) Dr Hayllar will reflect upon his recent trip as part of a Queensland Mental Health Commission delegation to Lisbon in June - 18 years after illicit drug possession for personal use in that country was decriminalised. The approach taken by Portugal (and other countries) will be discussed alongside reflections on what could work in the Queensland context.

Seminars are held each Wednesday morning starting at 10:00am AEST (Queensland time) in the Edwards Miller Training Room, 4th floor, Biala. The program for Semester 1 – 2017 commences on Wednesday 8th March and concludes on Wednesday 7th June. There are 12 seminars each semester and each presentation lasts for one hour. Please note: There are no seminars held during Queensland school holidays.
