MODULE AIM:This training is for state-funded health service providers of Queensland's police and court diversion programs.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:

The Police and Court Diversion (PCD) program service provider training consists of two modules:

  • Module 1: The health response - introduces service providers to the PCD programs outlining the core principles, identifying the key stakeholders involved and presents the guidelines and approaches service providers are required to adopt to effectively deliver the health response.
  • Module 2: Administration for service providers – outlines the necessary administrative requirements to effectively deliver health response services within the (PCD) program. 

Additionally, there is a Police and Court Diversion Service Provider Resources Toolkit, which includes resources and job aids referenced throughout this training.
