MODULE AIMThe aim of this module is to equip workers with a greater awareness of the signs of burnout along with practical skills, tips and strategies to promote enhanced worker wellbeing.  
LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • describe the difference between burnout and wellbeing
  • describe the influences and roles of the sector, organisations and individuals on workplace wellbeing
  • implement practical skills for building professional and individual wellbeing
  • know where to access further support to reduce symptoms of burnout as a worker.

CPDParticipation in this activity may contribute to CPD. A Statement of Completion will be issued on completion of this module.
