MODULE AIMThe aim of this module is to familiarise workers with the key treatment options available for people with AOD concerns.
LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

  • describe the key AOD treatment options available within the Queensland context
  • describe the evidence-base that underpins these treatment approaches 
  • identify supports to guide decision making including knowing when to engage specialist services within the sector.
