Target audience: Queensland based workers in any role across healthcare and community settings who are supporting individuals impacted by problematic alcohol and drug (AOD) use.
This workshop equips participants with skills to support people in managing relapse through tailored conversations, a flexible framework, and person-centred planning that adapts to evolving needs.

- How to adopt an appropriate RPM stance to support tailored and engaging conversations.

- Recording RPM plans to reflect a person’s needs and preferences while meeting service requirements.
- Updating and adjusting RPM plans to align with a person’s evolving goals and circumstances.
