Workshop
This interactive session is for peer support workers in designated positions who want to learn practical skills and strategies to understand, and implement, boundaries within their professional role.
You will take part in discussions and role plays to build skills to help you navigate workplace boundary expectations with confidence and foster professional integrity and sustainability in your career. This session will be facilitated by lived experience educators with an understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges related to boundaries in AOD peer work.
